Life, kids, and John McKay’s Toyota Echo
Good thing my Toyota wasn’t part of the recall because it has been in use all day. Drove Liam to his volunteer work and had a coffee on the way. Then picked up some groceries. Then home to get Aidan and back into town for Jiu Jitsu. Then home. Then back out to pick up Liam and a few items he needed. Then home.
Later I may head out somewhere with Annette.
Good thing it is so reliable and gets 52 miles per gallon other wise I’d be feeling mighty guilty about my carbon footprint.
BJJ today was a conditioning workout followed by rolling for flow and concentrating on position rather than submission. Peter was instructing. His enthusiasm is infectious and he does a great job inspiring us all.
My fingers felt ok ’til I rolled with Tyler. He didn’t do anything ballistic. I just got them lightly hung up in his Gi and it hurt like hell. I am very tired of sore fingers.
Must heal faster.
