What is it about Monday?
Ok. It is dark, I am sore, I am trying to get out of a warm bed, so….it must be Monday
I know there are dishes waiting for me in the kitchen… Yesterday I took a rest day. Mostly Chauffeur, Cook and Laundry-man.
This week:
- BJJ classes at Martial Arts Planet on Monday, Tuesday,Thursday and then the Leonardo Santos clinic on Saturday. Nice that MAP can get this quality of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor into Kingston.
- I want to get in at least one interval session on my concept 2 rower, one run, one weight session and two endurance sessions – dream on John – I want to get to the Saturday clinic injury free.
- Let’s make this an “eat clean” week. No crap. No binges.
- Wednesday is Remembrance day. No work. So make the best of it. Get caught up on yard work, house work, and A WORKOUT.
Ok. That’s the plan. Let’s see how it goes.
