Intestinal Fortitude
Stayed home from work today. My guts are in knots with some kind of bug. Very rare for me to take a sick day. I’ve noticed that people who take lots of them are not well regarded. And it’s a recession so I certainly won’t be starting THAT sort of trend just now.
Hopefully I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Fortunately there’s lots to do at work right now, despite the state of the economy so the days pass quickly.
Boys were pleased to find me at home after school.
