Annette cooked dinner for us at her place tonight.  A hot chicken stir fry.

We laughed at an article in the latest Wine & Food magazine that espouses chewing your food 50 times.   Apparently it helps with digestion, slows your eating, makes you a better listener.  Needless to say it took me a long time to finish my dinner.  We can laugh about it now.

Annette is such a good cook.
